Dean Ross is the principal owner and the Lighting Designer. Dean has spent the last 20 years in the entertainment industry working as a stagehand, rigger, grip and lighting technician. Projects have ranged from musical tours such as Kenny G and Whitney Houston to feature film projects such as Any Given Sunday and Twister to T.V. series such as Dallas and Walker, Texas Ranger.

He broadened his event experience in the Dallas, TX market before relocating to Ohio in 2002. Projects in Ohio have included concerts, theatre productions, weddings, and

trade shows. His entertainment lighting experience has given him the creative and technical knowledge needed to add dramatic and accent lighting to events.

Cheryl Shepherd is a partner in Event Lighting. Her background is in the hospitality industry primarily with Wyndham Hotels as a Vice President of Sales. The hotel background has allowed her ample opportunity to work with small and large scale events in just about every major city in the United States.
